Senior membership
Senior membership
A Senior Membership is for members who have stood up for Provisional Membership and at least 1 year later, stood up for Senior Membership at a quarterly General Membership meeting.
If you are returning to RBC and did not retain at least a Supporting Membership, you will need to re-complete the membership process - including paying the initiation fee and standing up for Provisional Membership.
Please note: a 2.9% charge has been added to cover the Paypal transaction fee. To avoid paying this, write a check to Riverside Boat Club and drop it through the office mail slot (or mail it to: 769 Memorial Dr, Cambridge MA 02139).
How to Become a Senior Member:
After one year as a member in good standing, Provisional members may apply for Senior Membership which affords voting privileges and leadership opportunities.
A Senior member has full voting privilege and use of the club facilities. The requirements to become a Senior member are: being a provisional member in good standing for at least one year and receiving an affirmative vote at a Quarterly General Meeting.
