Boat reservations

Members may sign out a boat up to 3 days in advance. If it’s Monday morning, you can reserve a boat for Thursday morning, but NOT Friday.

Please use iCrew for your reservations.

At RWB we now use iCrew for reserving, checking out (launch), checking in (land), mileage, and incident/damage tracking.

Code of Conduct for taking out Club Boats

  • You may launch a reserved boat if no one shows up to row it 10 minutes after the start of the timeslot.

  • You MUST return to the dock after your time slot (even if no one reserved the boat for the next time slot) to check if someone is waiting to use the boat.

  • Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, no club boats are allowed on the water after 10 AM without a coach on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

  • Please report all damage and incidents promptly in iCrew.

Time slots and traffic patterns change throughout the year. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to I-Crew. 

Typical time slots for reservations are

  • 5:30AM-6:45AM

  • 7:00AM-8:15AM

  • 8:30AM-9:45AM
