ONLY applicable to coxswains who join after August 31.
Coxswains DO NOT need to pay the initiation fee. If a coxswain would like to have full voting privileges, they must pay full annual dues, the initiation fee and follow the membership process – standing up for Provisional Membership and then standing up for Senior Membership.
